Its a widely held belief that you should procrastinate with a goal of forcing somebody else to do the work for you. No. Bad. If you allow this to happen you'll be in the red karmically speaking, and when the Universe squares the books it will suck.
The ideal goal is for the task at hand to be left to evolve and eventually attain self-awareness and by so doing, solve itself.
